Opening hours
Due to the corona crisis, we are temporarily open by appointment only from Wednesday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm.
Online and written absentee bids
If you are unable to attend the auction, you can send us an absentee bid, which can be done by logging in to our website. Absentee bids are carried out confidentially and are not visible to a third person. If successful, you will receive a pro forma invoice by email, within 24 hours. Bids must arrive no later than 12 hours before the start of the auction.
Collection and payment
All lots must be paid for in full at the conclusion of the sale or before collecting. Lots are to be collected up to 14 days after the auction. Means of payment: cash, debit card, bank transfer, credit card and Paypal surcharge for credit card payment is 2% and by Paypal 4%
Shipment
Bank transfers of the total amount, including p&p, should be made before shipment of the lots, to the attention of:

Shipment of acquired lots can be done by us. After reception of payment we will dispatch your lots by courier service or Post.nl within 15 working days with signature for reception.
Online lots live showed at our Auctionhouse in Brummen.
You can visit us every Friday between 10 am to 2 pm.

*With Track & Trace you follow your package or shipment. You enter the barcode number (starting with CC or 3S) and the postcode and instantly see the shipping status and delivery time. With a registered package draws the receiver for reception.

Condition grading
NRFB: never removed from box
Mint: perfect condition – never been played with
Near Mint: nearly perfect – with one ore two minor chips
Excellent: hardly been played with – small imperfections
Good Plus: complete and in original condition but with imperfections
Good: with striking imperfections – some chips or scratches and marks for age
Fair: wear with large imperfections – average chips or scratches and marks for age
Poor: bad condition with many imperfections may have some cracks – perhaps incomplete or and repainted
Boxed: in manufacturers original box
